This internal Cellular Data Modem is ideal for remote locations, where AKCP base units are deployed to monitor critical environmental factors.If no wired network connection is available, communications can be established through the cellular data network.

Internal modems can be installed to securityProbe and sensorProbe+ base units.

The Internal Modem provides global wireless access to the Internet and email on GSM / GPRS / EDGE / 4G capable networks. With this modem, your AKCP base unit can connect to the Internet using your local GSM,GPRS,EDGE , 4G service. The Internal Modem takes DC power directly from the base unit, so no charging device or external power adapter i srequired.

Remote Access & OpenVPN

Enable high-speed remote access to securityProbe units. A full featured OpenVPN client allows for connectivity to AKCP Pro Server or to other third party OpenVPN networks.
